We started out just moseying from corner to corner, but that was too easy for the PAX, so after the 2nd lap, we sprinted from station to station. The PAX still made it look too easy.

Today marks 2 years of F3 for me. Thank you to every one who posted this morning, and to all you who continue to come out and make yourself and others better. You have all given me so much over the last 24 months and I hope I'm am able to return the favor every once in a while. Keep EH'ing and keep giving it away!
Thanks to all the Odyssey runners who made a fly by lap of our AO either before the workout or during the workout. I thought Jaws was going to stick around, but said he needed the miles instead.
I had gifts for all you Odyssey guys, but some came and went too early to receive it. MiniMe was the only one who collected all five. Ask him to pass it on the next time you see him.

BamBam, OB, Bunyan, TommyBoy, Raven and the whole MacAulay crew were in full force today. Its always great to see you guys leading from the front and putting in work.
