Unlike the epic song by Led Zeppelin, there wasn’t just 1 “Fool in the Rain”, but 4 PAX showed up to test their mental fortitude in the cold and rainy conditions at Fission this morning.  PAX performed a 1.9 mile mosey to Legion Park and back while ducking for cover in strategic places along the way in attempt to stay dry at least for a few moments.  Pain stations along the way behind Dunkin’ Donuts for incline merkins and step ups, Food Lion Shopping Center and all the way to the rock pile near the American Legion park where bent over rows, curls and shoulder presses were performed.  Overall a solid morning of work that the PAX can hang their hat on.  At approximately 6:13:45, Canuck excused himself for a bathroom break while the remaining PAX, YHC, JB, and Hollywood finished with CoT.

Great to see Goat, Caesar, Shake, and Kosar join us after their Water Wings workout for coffeeteria at Dunkin’.

• Thx JB for spreading some holiday cheer with gifts to YHC and Canuck at coffeeteria.  Can’t wait to do my puzzle and hang it proudly in my home!
• Canuck refused to FS even though YHC didn’t tag him in the pre-blast…awesome work brother and look forward to seeing those new Altra trail shoes…better re-organize that closet again! 🙂
• Hollywood is a freakin’ tireless machine, crushing Fission 2 weeks in a row under the worst conditions! Thx for coming out brother!
