About every mile we stopped for a few exercises
1st mile – Windmill x 10, IST x 10, Merkins x 5
2nd mile – Carrot puller x 10, swan stretch, Sholder Mmerkins x 5
3 mile – Dips x 10, hampstring strech, decline merkins x 5

-We may have found a new route, I would like to take credit but the route was from a Tantrum run last year except we found the connect to Tanners creek today.
-I got my extra ticket in for the Titan burborn give away…hmm let's see what I will choose
