Round 1:

Partner 1 runs up ramp, across parking lot, down stairs while Partner 2 does merkins, flip flop up to 100.  Plank when done.

Partner 1 runs up ramp, across parking lot, down stairs while Partner 2 does LBCs, flip flop up to 200.  Plank when done.

Round 3:
Partner 1 runs up ramp, touches wall, and back while Partner 2 does squats, flip flop up to 300.  Plank when done.

Seeing a pattern?  Not so much.  Mosey to the rock pile for some upper body work.  Time to get all swole.

Great to see some PAX  waiting for us back at the fountain.  This is a strong group, and it showed this morning.
