Reflection

MC

Upon telling Mater that I had more Lucky 7's planned, he said that he though we didn't need to do 7, that 4 would have been plenty

Coat Factory used Lucky 7's for interval training by busting out some quick times on the hills.

Jon Bon quietly crushed the block routine with perfect form.

EInhorn messaged that he was going to be late but arrived 1 minute before start.  Let this be a lesson to those that are truly late (All the time)

Not much chatting as this group put in some work this am.

Thank you for letting me lead! Hopefully we are all a little stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually!

It was an honor,

Dr. Dolittle
