To Parking Lot: Walking Lunges up and down the parking lot, Left side lunge halfway up and Right lunge second half of parking lot, High Knees up the parking lot, mosey back
Station #4
Mosey to bottom of LBH: Sprint to stop sign, Quadriphilia, Sprint and Quadriphilia

This workout was inspired by 4, my little girls' 4th birthday. Lots of sweat on a muggy morning, I think everyone got their moneys worth. It was great to see Scope make the trip to SVU. Dandy cursed me a couple of times, that means the workout is getting the job done. Shirley always seems to go faster the longer the workout goes… Mater, working hard as always.
