Started off with a quick mosey around the the parking lot

Routine: Partner 1 will perform each exercise denoted below as Partner 2 backpedals 50 yards, performs a " Bobby Hurley" & jogs back to continue the exercise from the count accumulated by Partner 1.

Another mosey to the parking garage behind Total Wine and we of course went by Midwood so that Camelback could smell the BBQ.
We did a bear crawl up the parking garage, 5 burpees, and then back around with a mosey to the launch point

For the discussion the focus was How are you doing against your 2020 goals and how can you reset as needed. Jedi reminded us to always have an A, B, and C goal so we can keep moving. Nacho and Honeysuckle are making progress against their weight loss goal, Carpetbagger is killing his workouts, and Jedi is eating chicken and rice to get a 6-pack.
