Warm Up:
- Leg Stretches
- 15 High Knees in place IC
- 10 Squats IC
- 15 Mountain Climbers IC
The Thang:
Mosey down to the track and split up into two teams.
3 x 400 Meter Sprints one team at a time, 90 seconds or less was the goal (That might have happened the first lap for each team)
Mericans – one team at a time start at 5 then go to 10 then back to 5.
2 x Bleacher runs – this is where the Q about up chucked and Clubber had to take over.
400 meter split up – 100 Meter jog, 100 meter lunges in the turn and reapeato
