-It is more difficult than I thought to call cadence for an exercise having only planned 1 repetition. I REALLY had to emphasize the voice inflection. Everyone should try it.
-If you did all the exercises, that was 82 SSH (41ic), 82 IST (41ic), 41 pull ups, 41 burpees, 82 squats (41ic), 82 merkins (41ic), 82 LBCs (41ic), 82 Flutter Kicks (41ic) and 40 big baby crunches…with some running in between so as to not overwork the pax.
-Pax, led by T-Bone kept trying to delay exercises with a little "Happy Birthday" serenade, but I didn't stop to listen. Sorry if that offended anyone, but I care about your fitness.
-We only did 20 Big Baby Crunches because Blackbeard said I looked half my age. Thank you and you're welcome…although I think you were just saying that to be done ;)-
