4 men out for a cold morning at the “Beach”
Warmorama:
SSH’s, Windmills, Cherry Pickers, IST’s, Arm Circles
The Thang:
20 reps of the following exercises. We supersetted each couple of exercises. For example, we did 20 reps of the Squat Flies, then 20 reps of Curls and did 3 rounds of this before moving on to the next 2 excercises. The following were the excercises we performed:
- Squat Flies
- Curls
- Clean Press
- Hammers
- Overhead Pull Crunch
- Masons
Time remained on the clock so the pax decided to do 1 more round of all of the exercises, totalling 480 reps for the workout.
Moleskin:
- It may have been cold at the beginning of the workout but it warmed up quick! 480 reps will do that to you! Strong work men!
- Ville to Ville prep and talks during the workout. Can’t wait fellas, fun event, and definitely a good senic workout.
- Wedding plans and checks going out for Natty’s daughter’s wedding. After hearing the florist suggested costs, be on a lookout for missing flowers out of your yards this spring/summer! Weddings are expensive, enjoy it Natty! Been there, done that, got the wedding match books.
- Extra credit to Pinky and El Tigre for a pre-workout 5K. Enjoyed it Pinky!
