The morning started with a standard for Clydesdales but for some reason Amen and Frogger showed up!! Frogger likes to run and tell stories unlike us Clydesdales and Amen is wasting away more and more each week. Congrats to AMEN for losing another 6 lbs. Looking trim, I need his secrets.

The good stuff –
The parking garage we went with some complaining by no other than that man from that state that is south of Michigan. Guess who? TOXIC!! Here is where the fun begins, we used one level of the parking garage. We started at the bottom with 10 exercises of my choosing and performed another exercise of my choosing going up one level and stopping to do 10 more reps of my choosing and then running down to repedo another 10 but maxing out at 50 total!! Confused yet? Makes total sense to me. Haha.. Due to time, we cut it short and consolidated to complete everything. At this point I’m tired of typing and don’t want to explain anymore because I hate doing backblasts so below is what I had planned but it changed a bit…
- 10-Iso tuck plank shoulder taps, run down ramp
- 10- KB Squat press, frog hops back up ramp
- Repedo 5 times for a total of 50 (Matching my soon to be age on Sunday)
- 10-Burpees, run down ramp
- 10 KB Alt each arm lawnmowers
- Repedo 5 times for a total of 50 (matching my old age)
- DUE TO TIME CONSOLIDATED
- 10-Tuck jumps, merkins, plank jacks, run down the ramp
- 10- KB Swing, KB goblet squat, KB upright row, run up the ramp
- Repedo 5 times for 50 total (matching my beautiful age of 50 on Sunday)
Time to circle up for COT –
- At this point it went all down hill with my leading in a WW2 sit-ups. After all the grumbling I thought it went as planned but others didn’t think so
- Tammy fae lead with something I don’t remember
- Ultraman, I think lead with another Abe type work
The Force lead prayers with prayers going out to Jill Swains family, Zaire’s friend and fellow F3 brother (Apologize his name has slipped my memory) Prayers to all them and their family… This is what happens when you hit 50!!
I have the Q Monday at The Sword for my 50th so come one and come all to celebrate 5 0 !!!
Coffeeteria went great while complaining how much a cup of joe is these days… $4.24 for a cup of coffee at Mainstreet. Its also raining cats and dogs.. Hysteria!!
