75 Seal strattle hop

15 to 20 body Squats

15 Burpees

20 Jumping Lunges (10 each leg)

Bear Crawl

Moving Merkins (side to side)

Mosey over to the playground for pull-ups x 15 (partner up to help each other and rotate thru)

Grab a rock (times 3):

Rock squat presses x 15

Rock slams (slam rock on grass) x 15

Rock curls x 20

Find a Wall (times 3 depending on time):

Balls to the wall- 30 to 45 seconds

Donkey kicks

People’s chair

Core/Abs:

Peter Parkers

Mountain Climbers

High Plank shoulder taps

Low plank hold

Windshield wipers

WW2 sit-ups

LBC’s

Call on others for other AB exercises to close out the workout

 

 

 

Not sure why 5 perfectly healthy and strong men failed to properly read by PB indicating that they should not come.  Congrats and good work to those that read and followed my advice accordingly in the PB!

The Skinny Mole:

We witnessed greatness on this day as The Force making a strong comeback and executing Balls to the Wall for the very first time since returning to the glook after his injury.  This was truly an exciting moment to witness.  What was not exciting to witness was that silly happy dance looing thing he called an exercise.   Count on Snake Eyes to show to know and be a positive influence during the suffering.  Daisy at a Bootcamp and not running is a first for me (probably not but just go with it).  Daisy showing that runners can also have soccer arms and have solid upper body strength.  Elmers delivering is antics and instigating The Force and others throughout the workout with great style of course.  98 Degrees who shows but I don’t think he got enough out of that workout and wanted some more.  Unfortunately there is a time limit 98 Degrees I apologies for not delivering a strong enough workout for you but I am don’t think Terry Cruz could deliver one strong enough for you.  I caught you yawing!  Until the next time men 🙂
