5 Men 2 Miles 15s and a 7

5 Vikings took on the gloom this morning.  A request was made to travel 2 miles minimum and to limit the SSH.  Both happened.

 

After a quick jog and disclaimer we did a few things:

 

Slow squat @ 15

Plank Jack X 15

IST X 15

‘Merican Push-up X 15

Alternating LBC X 15

 

Mosey to upper benches

 

Step-ups X 15 each leg

Dips X 15

Decline ‘Mericans X 15

 WWII @ 15

 

Mosey till we found a hill.

 

Jacob’s ladder (backward up, 7 burpees at the top, forward down)

 

Mosey to Lower Pavilion/Benches

 

Step-ups X 15 each leg

Dips X 15

Decline ‘Mericans X 15

Little baby extension @ 15

 

Mosey to the “track”

 

Run the track stopping 3 times:

 

‘Merican push-up X 15

Jump squat @ 15

Dying Cockroach X 15

Touch Dem Heels X 15

 

Mosey to the rock pile and look out for Copper Heads.  Grab a rock for :

 

The Curl X 15.  Run to the end of the lot and back

 

Bent over row X 15.  Run to the end of the lot and up the grassy hill and back to the rock.

 

Return the rocks.

 

Mosey on to the start going the long way.

  1. The 5-man workout is a good number.
  2. Possum must have found the fountain of youth somewhere, and he drank from it.
  3. Jersey Boy has a new play to be performed in Davidson.  Check in with him on the details.
  4. Canuck is heading to Vegas to avoid Top Golf.  Seems a long way to go for that.  He must not like golf.
  5. Waffle House- thanks for handing the keys and providing me some direction this morning.
