Saturday morning was a perfect example of what we call gloom: dark, chilly, misty and just one of those days when it's tempting to fart sack but Soprano, Jersey Boy, Canuck and BagBoy said F-U to the elements and came out to get stronger. We alternated between the outdoor amphitheater known as Broadway, the picnic shelter, playground and rock pile, stopping at each one with a dosage of pain. YHC threw in a few dosages of burpees and a tabtata circuit with 20 seconds of OYO cardio and 10 seconds of rest. PAX used elastic bands, kettle bell and the perfect push up in rotation and modifying as neeed.
