Workout :
Round 1
Pax grabbed a home made sandbag and started with a 50 yard run to a post with a sandbag and back followed by a pyramid workout of 5-10-15-20-25 with alternating M’ericans and Chair dips in between each run.
Round 2
a 50yd run without a sandbag followed by a smilar pyramid with lunges and squats with a sandbag thrown in.
Pax went up in the round (so from 5 to 25 ) and back down.
10 minutes left in the workout we did a round of Mary.
BGC :
A remeasuring of the homemade sandbags was requested questioning the validity of the weight.
A request for handles to be installed on the sandbags.
A great conversation was held on the validity of self driving cars and how Tesla is ahead of everyone else in this market.
