50 and all wet


We had a good showing for a rainy day.  Many said they would not have shown up had it not been my respect b-day.  Here is what we did.

We ran back to the blocks and started with basic warmup.  50 SSH in cadence.

Then each PAX grabbed a block.

We did a 5 point workout with the first point at the top with the blocks.  Each round we did 50 reps of exercise at top with blocks. Round 1 – curls, Round 2 – shoulder press, Round 3 – squats, Round 4 – skull crushers, Round 5 – block swings.

We ran to each of the other points in the parking lot doing 10 reps each round for 5 rounds for 50 total reps of each.

Second point – merkins

Third point – diamond merkins

Fourth point – wide merkins

Fifth point – squat

For Mary we did 25 J-Lo in cadence as well as other PAX called exercises.
