A round of 52 card pickup began:

Each Pax drew a card. All numbered cards resulted in Pax choice of exercise for the number of reps on the card plus 10 (with or without blocks). All non numbered cards (Royals and Aces) resulted in a 50 cadence exercise choice of the Pax who drew. A Joker results in an immediate round of SHARKNADO consisting of:

-15 burpees

Mobility moments were peppered in and the pain ended with pigeon and cobra, so all was well.

Ponch even joined us midway through while patrolling the parking lot. 50 Burpees to start and MH’s to end is the way to get your day going on the right foot! COT/Namarana/Prayer Requests:

Stray’s mentor, Bud, is sick and in hospice care.

-Amen’s friend Brad had a mass removed from his brain and surgery was successful. Pray for benign test results.

-The Force-Pray for the family of 20 YO, JoJo, from their prior church who died in a hiking accident.

-Remember Mulligan’s Dad, Sam, who has Lung Cancer and also Pneumonia.

Troll-Continued prayers for his job search.

Ponch-Amen is working hard and should keep it up!

-Remember Pax who have aging parents who are struggling with caregiving and/or health issues.

-Please continue to pray for Toby’s mother-in-law, wife, and family.

No one will be left behind, but it all starts with the discipline to take one step on your own.
