50 minute tour de Estate

12 pax including YHC ignored the amount they drank last night and the humidity of today to come see what The Estate and YHC would have to offer today, plus the misters of the surprise promised in the PB. Here’s how it went…

Short disclaimer, mosey to the track for a full lap. Couple warm-o-rama exercises then check for late arriving pax – behold there’s Ping!

Now let’s mosey toward Bradley. Stop at the baseball field for over-and-backs on the left field fence. Virtually no one participated.

Up to the school, quadraphelia up the hill. To the wall for people’s chair and seal claps. Mosey.

To “that road.” But since Crocs already ran it this AM, the rest of the pax won’t have to. T-claps Crocs!

To the front of the school for dips on the benches.

Mosey up the BF road hill to Barnette Elem.  Halt for Christian McCalf-raises x 23 while the pax catches up.

To the playground for 2 sets of pull-ups.

Down to the launch pad where we’d grab the blocks, speaker and phone.
Block work while receiving a history lesson via Fallout Boy (1990 to present).

Mosey over to the soccer field for a very abbreviated but much hated kamikaze.

Over to the spongey playground where the big, long, thick, black… rope had already been whipped out.

Its only 7:40 but alas we’re starting MWAR (Mary With A Rope) anyway.

MWAR followed by some stretch moves anddddddd PIGEON! You’re welcome, Crocs.

Now it’s 7:49 and time to unveil the surprise…. In honor of YHC’s 10th F3 Anny which is 7/18 and while YHC is ATP (across the pond), recover-recover 10 mins early!!!

Moleskine:

Almost all pax complained. All morning.

Almost all pax refused the fence over-and-backs. But not Elmers who handled that fence with athleticism and grace. The power he unveiled as his body appeared to weigh nothing as it…  ok no.  He took it on with confidence, got half way over, panicked, attempted to balance on top, then fell back to his launch point onto his back in the wet grass. It was a thing of beauty to watch.

Camelback did take it and complete it.

YHC took the FJ to the young life charity car wash after, then join a nice coffeteria at the Bagel.

In all, my Garmin says we cover 10.09 miles… so that might mean I forgot to stop it. I’d say about 2 miles.
