We got started with SSH / IST / Windmill / Rhubarb-tuggers (whatever we’re calling it this week)… ran to the lake access… Dips / Step-Ups / Decline Merican / Incline Merican… ran to top of Mortimer Hill… mid-workout mobility… ran home… leg lifts / WWII / pretzel. I think that’s everything? I might be missing 1-2 exercises. Approx. 2.5 miles total.
Great crew today. Welcome back Jingle Bells, off the Kotter list after a 51 week absence (not that anyone was counting. The ankle looks strong, or at least you’re faking it well! Gambini absolutely did not talk local politics, and Tantrum absolutely did not talk about the Tuna 200 running order, and Vandelay definitely did not leave me completely high and dry on counting reps.
Oh and congratulations to the Dallas Cowboys for being a football team, is it still your year?
