merkins with toe touches 20, alternating jump lunges with squat jump 20, man maker merkin 20x

run to rock pile are robbins park

alternating lunges with rock press 20, squat to curl with rock 20, skull crusher 15x

Run to kenton place

merkins 20x, dips 20x, scorpion drydock

run back to homebase
