At 0445 we ran ~4 miles to and around Daisy’s Island.
At 0530 we broke the workout into 5 segments that were intended to be 9 minutes each:
- WARM-O-RAMA
- Aerobic things
- Stretching
- Upper body
- Core
We were generous with some of the segments, less generous with others.
