14 men came to The Wilderness to celebrate Sweet C's 7 year, and my 6 year F3 anniversary.
Sweet C kicked things off with some Warm-a-rama, then led us to the Prison Yard (tennis courts) for some intimate sweat sessions. I partnered with Gnarly Goat 6 years ago for some Prison Yard Partner Squats, but since he was not there, i had to find a new b…rother to do these with (thanks Brain…i hope it was as good for you as it was for me!??)
Sweet C handed the batton to me, and we headed to the parking lot to invite Sally to join our party! She left the entire PAX a sweaty mess, as usual! We then grabbed some bricks, and headed to the field for The Beast, with some Brick Webbs thrown in for good measure. Oh, and 2 Brickbees for Outlaws benefit (they weren't technically "Burpees"!!).
It was an honor to share the Q today, with a man that i greatly admire and respect! Thanks, Sweet C, for your leadership and friendship over the last 6 years!! And thanks to other 12 PAX that posted today, along with all of the other F3 PAX that have supported, sweat, laughed, cried, and grown with me through F3! This group has changed my life dramatically, and I'm proud to call you all 'Brothers in Arms'!
