Warmorama:

SSH, IST, Windmills (led by Grip), Cherry Pickers, Arm Circles

The Thang:

20 reps of the following exercises for the 1st 2 rounds, 10 reps the 3rd round.

  • Lunge Curl
  • Lateral Raise
  • 2 Way Bent Row
  • Front Raise
  • 3 Way Calf Raise
  • Boat Press
  • Bridge Bench
  • Bridge Fly
  • Overhead Pull Crunch
  • Dying Cockroach

Moleskin:

  • 911 didn’t bring the blower today to tidy up our work spaces.  He felt the rain would have cleaned it for us.  Unfortunately, we didn’t have the usual spotless areas
  • FNG = JF.  JF (Jesus Freak) showed up before everyone and had a pre-workout jump rope session.  It’s amazing his stamina at 75, almost 76, next month.
  • Natty had alarm failure this am so we formed the Muscle Beach Choir, filled with groans and farts.
  • Evidently Slow Roll has the fast track pass for pickup at school.  Must have something to do with the new van.
  • Slow Roll brought down the average age this am, young buck….
  • Great push by all, it was an honor men!
