- Welcome FNG Michael to Muscle Beach! He had been to a previous F3 workout in the neighborhood and found us due to the marketing strategy of Natty Lite in MIL magazine. Military background, finishing up his Kinesiology degree, going into landscape architecture at NCSU in about a year. We have very thoughtful pax willing to help Micheal further his education by giving him some pre-degree experience at their homes.
