Main Thang
Mosey to gym where we did 10x step ups each leg and dips. Aussie Bars, IC 3 sets of 10 pull ups. Back to launch for KBs.
We did IC: 10 x: ribbons high, middle and low, slow curls to level, curls level to up, chest press, skull crushers, rows, dead lift, CH squats, lawnmower pulls, wallmarts left and right, single arm snatch. On “6” for: twist x 10, LBCs, sit-ups, overhead extend, kb merkins. Short mosey lap and back to pad.
