7.10.21 Circuit Training – Fail?

Count off — Even numbers grab a block

Zamparini to the circle of the lower turf field

 

The Thing

The objective was a circuit-training workout.  Complete AMRAP of your exercise in 30-seconds.  30-seconds to rotate to the next exercise and begin EMOM.

Circuit Training exercises were as follows………

Block Swings

WWII's

Block Chest Press

Squats

Block Curls

5 Burpees

Block Skull Crushers

Mercans

Block Overhead Press

Low Flutter

Block Lawn-mowers

LBC's

Completed 3 total rounds.

Had enough time for one round of Visionquest.  (Also did not go as planned.)

Snake-Eyes completed the hour w Shoulder Touch Mercans IC x 15

 

Mole Skin

30-second break was a little to long

Allowed the Pax to choose their exercise.  This took to much time which YHC heard about repeatedly.  However, this did prevent us from completing a 4th round of exercises.

FNG-1 = Julian whom is Kin to Snake-Eyes.  From here on known as SNELENBERG in the Gloom.  Snellenberg is the actual last name of the Caddy in Happy Gilmore.  Named due to their striking resemblance.

Overall I believe the Pax were able to manage a decent workout, but definitely room for improvement next time.

Snake-Eyes took us out like only he can.
