Quick stop for curb Mericans X 10 and Rocky Balboa IC X 12.
Mosey to next station for:
Uphill bear crawl, then backwards run to top of the hill. Break up into 2 groups, Group 1 run to bottom of the hill and run stairs X 5, Group 2 10 Mericans, the 10 jump squats. Groups flip flop. Then gather at the top of the hill for: low flutter IC X 10, LBC X 10, Split Legs X 10.
Quick stop for Rocky Balboa X 12.
Mosey to second station for:
Praying mantis X 10, wall Mericans X 10, repeato.
Mosey to start for: mobility moment of pigeon.
Mosey to first station for: split into 2 Groups: Group 1 mobility lunge on tire, Group 2 side strattle cris cross, side strattle, backwards run, and lunge.
