7 pax braved the rain and got better today. After a rolling disclaimer we got to work.
There was some mosey, SSH X 50, IST, slow squat, Freddy Mercury
Over to the old fountain we got through the 15 ea slow incline ‘Mericans
We then moseyed to the Block supply area and each grabbed one CMU
Taking those to the bottom of the hill to the greenway, we performed a DORA of 100 incline block ‘Mericans, 150 block squats, 200 block curls while the partner went quadraphilia up the hill and forward down.
We added 25 old-school sit-ups, a round of 100 block swings, a round of overhead press and 25 more old-school ‘Mericans.
Once more we went for 15 incline ‘Mericans at the old fountain.
We finished at the book store with some MARY, then the open air for 15 burpees to make it a somewhat worthy workout.
