20 reps of the following exercises with dumbbells

  • Goblet Split Squat / Clean Press / Lateral Lunge Squat
  • Bridge Bench Skull / Fly Hip Ups / Bench Flutter
  • Curl Jab OH Raise / Hammer / Eccentric Curl
  • OH Pull Crunch / Scaption Crunch / Cockroach
  • Bent Row Tri Kick / Bent Fly / Wing Fly

Moleskin:

  • Q brought some new material to the workout today, look out fellas!
  • Multiple exercises in one!  More bang for the buck.
  • Some pax were confused the second time around about the Goblet Split Squat vs Lateral Lunge Squat.
  • The Hip Thrust exercise was a crowd pleaser!  "Do you thrust when lift up or when you are spread out"
  • The regulars, BOF and Rambler both back solid.  Rambler getting second shot of the vaccination and looking forward to some upcoming time with the family!
