- Bent Row Tri Kick / Bent Fly / Wing Fly

- Multiple exercises in one! More bang for the buck.
- Some pax were confused the second time around about the Goblet Split Squat vs Lateral Lunge Squat.
- The Hip Thrust exercise was a crowd pleaser! "Do you thrust when lift up or when you are spread out"
