7’s can be benched

Pax got warm with some SSH, IST, Windmills, Cherry Pickers, and Arm Circles.  Then we got after it!

The Thang:  20 reps of the following exercises with dumbbells

  • Clean Press
  • 7’s
  • Arnolds
  • Split Squat
  • Curl, Press, Skull
  • 1,1,2 Hammer
  • 7’s Bridge Bench
  • Dead Lift Row
  • Bent Fly Row
  • Fly 6inches
  • Overhead Pull Crunch

Moleskin:

Chatter this am about Zack Lee, marijuana, Massachussetts, and edibles.   All much stronger than they used to be.  Be careful on dosage.
