The Thang:
Goal was 325 pull ups per group of 4. Start with one PAX member at the pull up bar and one at the steps on the bleachers. Run the steps and do a 1 burpee at the top and 1 at the bottom. The messenger runs from one station to the other swapping positions. This worked as good in real life as it did with me explaining it here. Huge Cluster.
