8 drivers showed up to get a head start on the week and do some laps at the Monster Mile.  The Humidity made it a little hard to get their engines up to full song, but they all motored through it anyway.  Here is the race recap:

Mosey to back of Church for Warmup

20 SSH IC

10 IST IC

10 WM IC

Mosey to our sanctuary for pre race prayer:

10 Incline Merkins IC

10 DIps IC

10 Derkins IC

20 Step Ups

Mosey back to parking lot for Merkin Suicide.  Completed 10 lines

Mosey to the square:

Run to first corner and do 5 8 Count Body Builders, mosey to next corner and do 10 Merkins, plank until everyone is done.

We repeated this with the following exercises:

5 8-count BB, 10 squats

6 8-count BB, 15 Dry Docks

6 8-count BB, 20 ALternating Lunges

7 8-count BB, 15 Merkins

7 8-count BB, 15 Squats

Mosey back to sanctuary and repeat incline, dips and derkins

Mosey to Mary:

20 LBC IC

15 MT IC

Plank until 6:15 (little less than 1 minute)

Recover,Recover

Moleskin:

-Apparantly Chief had his pullstring replaced or refurbished at the beach, becasue he could not stop talking or giving advice from 5:30 sharp until about 6;18.

-Be careful when asking London Whale to pick a bench.  He will claim his bench by marking his territory, if you will, with a smelly dust spray.

-I was looking forward to meting all of the new guys that I have read hundreds and hundreds of slack posts about during our exemplary naming process, but have yet to meet due to my abscense.  I guess I will have to keep posting for that.  Lots of old, respectful, veterans today.
