YHC is slacking when it comes to this Back Blast – but wanted to make sure our time together was captured for posterity, even if the effort was a few days late.
Following the Pledge of Allegience – everyone moseyed to grab some party favors – Cinder Blocks. Toxic asked if he got to keep his party favor and he was denied.
We warmed up.
We did fun things with Cinder Blocks.
We broke out into two teams – Red/Orange vs. Black/Gray
One team did an exercise while the oter team farmer carried 2 blocks around the concession stand. We did that a few times.
We made several laps around the parking lot – mainly to warm up in the sub-freezing temps.
We did some bear crawls and lunges. We returned the blocks and then we did some Mary.
As promised in the pre-blast: The PAX got all three P's – The Pledge, Pain and The Pigeon.
The rest of my 2022 back blasts will be better, and more timely – I promise.

– Thanks to Samsonite for leading the efforts at The General. He has officially turned over the reins to the three headed monster of Deep Dish, Jazz Hands and YHC. Tri-MQs is in keeping with the long, storied history of The General which started with the clown car Quad Q's – Shaken, King Fish, S'mores and Shoe.
– Jazzy is on the mend from Covid – get well soon, brother.
– We talked about the importance of reaching out to PAX we have not seen. They are waiting for your call – they may not know it.
– During a round of Lawn Mowers with the blocks, Toxic said his lawn mower wasn't starting due to "bad gas". Then in true Toxic form, he shared the bad gas with everyone.
– Little Professor once again brought down the average age of the workout. He, like many 2.0s, are heading back to college this week after the winter break. Some in person, some virtually – pray for safe travels for all.
– While we mentioned the January Burpee Challenge – we did not partake. This workout had an Outlaw approved – one Burpee salute to those PAX that are doing the Challenge.
