The Thang:

Parking lot lap to the awning and pick teams. 

Played war with a deck of cards. 

Winner does a lap and loser does the exercise on the card until winning team gets back. 

The deck of cards was stacked with 3's (flutter kicks)

After 30 minutes of flutter kicks for the losing team (Kaczynski's team) and 30 minutes of running for the winning team (Abram's team) we Moseyed  back to the launch pad
