Run to gazebo at boat launch for partner sets.
Set 1: Partner 1 in gazebo hammering out called exercises – 200 merkins, 200 squats – while other partner takes 2 laps around boat launch parking lot.
Set 2: same format – 250 dips, 250 lunges
Run back to clubhouse parking lot. 25 merkins to close.
