Bridge bench skull / Fly hip ups / Bench Flutter

777 / Hammer / Eccentric curl

OH pull crunch / Scaption Crunch / Cock Roach

Bent row kick up / Bent Fly / Wing fly

Moleskin:

  • Q brought some new exercises today, some 2 for the price of 1!
  • lot of great mumble chatter today!  Started out with Schwinn walking up to the workout saying "it's been one of those nights, woke up at 3:30, went to chub but could only pee, been up since!"

  • Fly Fucks is not a term to describe the really cool pax we have but a term used in place of Fly Hip Ups
