A brisk morning did not stop a caravan of Pax showing up here today. Amen and Frontier I believe did a standard. As the start time approached the PAX just kept coming. I knew then this was going to be an adventure, and it was a good thing that I had already put a partner workout together.
FNG List
FNG1 – Bgosh (sp?) – Macbeth's neighbor, second post, forever to be known as Osh Kosh – welcome brother!!
FNG2 – Jeff – friends with Osh Kosh – great to see an FNG bring out an FNG!! Welcome Jeff! (Gomer)
FNG3 – Quiet Riot – not on site
FNG4 – Yukon – not on site
FNG5 – Atomic Dog – not on site
Today's workout was mostly partner work. The extra part was the playlist for the day. The list consisted of songs from 80's movies
Maniac – Flashdance
Shakedown – Beverly Hills Cop II
Would I Lie to You – One Crazy Summer
Oh Yeah – Ferris Bueller's Day Off
I'm Falling – Real Genius
Holding Out For A Hero – Fooloose
Dead Man's Party – Back To School
I'm Alright – Caddyshack
St. Elmo's Fire – St. Elmo's Fire
Don't You (Forget About Me) – Breakfast Club
One song in the playlist that did not make it into the shuffle was Turning Japanese – Sixteen Candles
The deal was that the PAK had 30 sec or so to name the movie that each song was from. Get it wrong and pay the penalty of 15 burpees. This was in addition to the regular workout that was going on
I made most easy, but threw in a few hard ones
The PAX got almost all correct, with two saves from Bob Ross on the songs for One Crazy Summer and Beverly Hills Cop II
The only one the PAX did not know was for Real Genius so only one burpee penalty round was performed
Warmorama
Mosey to lot on side of theatre
SSH, CP, IST, TS
The Thang
Partner up
P1 Balls to the wall while P2 performs 20 Jump Squats

I definitely was not expecting the large turnout for the day, but was happy to see so many make it out
Was it because I was the Q, was it because the Month of Mona is gather ing a following, or simply that it was Wednesday and Hollywood is where people go? I'll go with it being Wednesday.
Mumble chatter was in high gear today, and that is expected with such a large crowd. I tried to be creatives, but some things are better left undone.
I am extremely grateful for all that came out today and hope it was somewhat enjoyable.
I continue to be grateful to Omega for getting me to move to Huntersville and also out to my first post. I have worked out more in the past (almost) 2 years than my entire life. F3 is something I really needed, and need in my life. Thank you all for making this enjoyable
Thank you Deep Dish for letting me lead today!
