6 men picked up rocks of various weights and dis 30.5 trips up and down the stairs, or the equivalent of walking the tower in honor of 9/11.
We did warmups where Freedome refused to stop at 12 and pushed us to 14 of SSH, IST and Soybean farmers. Then we carried and walked to the tunes of Metallica, AC/DC and other metal and rock legends.
