9/11 BRR recovery

 Five men face the gloom as one non-runner ran 

The  warm up kind of went like this

 Nine side straddle hops 

 11 cotton pickers 

 Nine IST 

 11  Wind mills 

 Mosey around a bit with high knees and butt kickers 

 Here's what the YHC came up with 

 412 first responders lost their lives during the Terror attacks on the twin towers. we remember them by doing a circuit 

9 Burpees 

 4 slosh pipe front squat press 

1  tire flip 

2  log flip 

 11 Burpee's 

 Repeat until the first coupon made it to the other side of the field 

 We were covered by walking 110+ steps up the stairs for the remembrance of the 110 floors of one of the towers 

 Then we repeated the above to get the coupons back to the other side of the field 

 Cup Cake agreed with YHC that trying to carry the log up the steps and back down for the 110 step  exercise was a great idea until we did it.  We made it one trip and put the log down.  That being said we repeated the staircases for the second tower 

 Moseying back each Pax  chose an exercise for Mary and called out to work out. 

recover recover a few minutes early for each person to give their remembrance of September 11 16 years ago very humbling and blessed to have two of our Pax who were very very close to what happened that day.
