Suds took the group through a mothidical yoga stretch routine in the new astroturf area.

3.26 miles in total at a 9:15 to 9:25 pace for most everyone. EXCEPT for Turbo who ran at about a 8 minute pace (maybe faster). I think he held back a little so he could still see our headlamps…….way off in the yonder behind him

Axel showed up 2 minutes late and missed the 5:01 launch (he still got in 2.5 miles). He did complain we left early…….but he always complains…….even when he is on time.
