20 reps with dumbbells of the following exercises:
- 1,1,2 Military Press
- 1,1,2 Bent Row
- 1,1,2 Curls
- 1,1,2 Bridge Bench
- 1,1,2 Tricep Kickbacks
- 1,1,2 Lunge Squats
- Overhead Pull Crunches
After 2 rounds of the above exercises at 20 reps, Pax did another round with just 10 reps due to time. We still did 20 reps of Overhead Pull Crunches though…
