- Welcomed FNG Nick Black to the group this morning. Native Denverite, ELHS Graduate that works at Race City with Puddle. Likes to ride dirtbikes but recently had to sell his and buy a house…so responsible! Too much working out to actually chat and find out more about Nick.
- Glad to have Col Mustard at SVU today, he killed it!. Ask Skipper for a full time pass behind the wall.
- Absolutely zero running in a Vortex workout…we'll make sure to correct that in two weeks.
