Oh Sweaty Night

The Thang

Mosey to the IB school – and find a spot on the wall

People’s Chair – with Air Presses

Find a partner – size does not matter

Dora 1-2-3

Partner 1 lines up on the edge of the grass and the parking lot

Partner 2 bear crawls to the fire pit – and runs back

As a team perform – 100 WWII Sit-ups, 200 Mericans, 300 LBCs

The trip to the fire pit changed throughout:

Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Side Shuffle, Sprint down – jog back

Mosey to the hill – which I was informed was extremely dark – BOO HOO

I had planned a ladder – but because of the time, and the extreme crying – an audible was called

3 trips up and down the hill

5 burpees at the top, 10 CDD at the bottom

Plank at the top of the hill when finished

Mosey back to the wall for some Balls to the Wall

Head for home

Mary on the green

Homer to Marge – with a smattering of Rosalita

Dying Cockroach

Elbow plank until the chimes sound at 7:45

Moleskin:

  • Good group tonight including 3 dads with their 2.0’s.The Sweat Shop definitely has its share of next-Gen F3’ers.Good example set by the dad’s, good energy from the 2.0’s and a great chance for some quality time.

  • FNG no more Splinter was named with a nod to his dad – Plank.  Keep coming out.

  • Light attendance at Summit post workout – I think some were saving up for the Christmas party on Thursday – saving up calories, saving up hall-pass points at home.

  • Ramrod was putting the EH on everybody for rucking in general – and specifically for some of the upcoming events.

  • Always an honor and a pleasure to be in the company of you good men.  Special shout out to my 2.2 – Bullseye – who despite gnashing his teeth a few times did a great job tonight.
