The trip to the fire pit changed throughout:
Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Side Shuffle, Sprint down – jog back
Mosey to the hill – which I was informed was extremely dark – BOO HOO
I had planned a ladder – but because of the time, and the extreme crying – an audible was called
3 trips up and down the hill
5 burpees at the top, 10 CDD at the bottom
Plank at the top of the hill when finished
Mosey back to the wall for some Balls to the Wall

Good group tonight including 3 dads with their 2.0’s.The Sweat Shop definitely has its share of next-Gen F3’ers.Good example set by the dad’s, good energy from the 2.0’s and a great chance for some quality time.

Light attendance at Summit post workout – I think some were saving up for the Christmas party on Thursday – saving up calories, saving up hall-pass points at home.
