It was great to see Hasselhoff and Sponge Bob who I have gotten to know better over time. It was great to see Bean as well. I was there for Bean's naming work out at Estate, so only fitting he attending my first Q. I hope everyone enjoyed the pain I tried to inflict on all of you this morning.

Side Note:

It has been about 7 months since starting F3 and I can not thank my wife enough for introducing me to Brady who then eventually convinced me to try this F3 thing out in May earlier this year. Brady and I were great holding eachother accountable to get into a commited Fall out/ Wilderness/Estate weekly routine.   I showed up for Titan run about 2.75 miles and almost hurled. Then there was my neighbor Jaws who I had EH'd, but he was a runner. Back to Titan I went. More recently Tantrum helped me realize I could run more then I ever realized, 8 miles when not planning on it after conditioning myself at Titan. Next on my list was the Huntersville Half. If I could run 8 miles one time why not 13.1 miles. I did complete it with an overwhelming support from our PAX. Special thank you to Brady, Jaws, 9 lives, Jolly Rogers, Tantrum, 66, Black Eyed Peas, The Professor, Big Bird, Land Shark,Snake Eyes, and so many more that saw my potential to be better and stronger. I look forward to helping others and influence their journey to leave their sad clown phase of their life and never look back
