High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Steps L & R, High Knees, Side Straddle Hops x 25 IC, Toy Soldiers x 20 IC, Imperial Storm Troopers x 20 IC, Mericans x 10 IC
The Thang:
1 Minute of High intensity exercise followed by 30 sec of rest of the following:
- Mountain Climbers
- Mericans
- Squats
- Crunches
- Burpees ( Yes, Burpees- May have gotten a couple of BS's on this)
- Plank
- Jump Squats
- Dips ( With Lake view! )
- High Knees
- Lunges
