2 PAX joined YHC for some running and developed a hate for stop signs.

Mosey around the parking lot, mixed in high knees, buttkickers, karaoke right and left.

The Thang

We ran in the neighborhood near Hopewell High.  We stayed on the East side of Beatties Ford despite calls to visit Jaw's house and do some monkey humpers.  At about every 3rd stop sign, we did the following:

  • CDDs
  • Jump Squats
  • Burpees

Started with 1 rep of each at the first stop sign, then 2, etc, up to 9 for a total of 45 for each exercise.

5 MOM:

  • LBC x 15 IC
  • Plank
  • J-Los x 15 IC
  • Low Flutter x 20 IC

Recover recover.  Distance was 2.79 miles according to my Garmin.

Moleskin

  1. Jingle Bells mentioned a knee injury which made Jump Squats challenging…but he didn't mention it until the 8th set!  He toughed it out all day.
  2. Ran 2.5 miles with Tantrum at #TheStandard.  We're on the same BRR team now, so Tantrum can look forward to hundreds of miles of running with YHC over the next several months!
  3. I'm a regular at Titan yet somehow manage to not know the surrounding area.  Tantrum and Jingle Bells were kind enough to point us towards home base when needed.  Although it became apparent at one point they were cleverly trying to avoid streets with stop signs!  Well played.
  4. Won't mention any names, but someone was apparently game for poker last night with Jingle Bells but noticably absent today.  The penalty shall be 45 burpees.
