The PLOP (Parking Lot of Pain) was a WIB term coined by Stray at The Cauldron a few months back. YHC fondly (or not so fondly) remembered both the simplicity and struggle of the workout, so decided to bring a variant to MMM. The basic PLOP design is ascending ladders of exercises advancing one parking spot each time. Although instead of descending the ladder, there are "chutes" (burpees, 'mericans, etc.) at the end.

Moleskine:
1. Bittersweet Q for me, being a MMM regular. Olive gave me my VQ debut and one last chance to lead. As it turns out, I'll be the leg of the starfish being cut and chucked closer to home when the River Monster launches next month. Olive, thanks for the opportunity and support, brother.
2. Good hard work by all pax today. I was starting to get smoked at the end of those ladders, but inspired by everyone else who just plowed through it. Looking to your left and right is always a source of energy – we struggle and get stronger together.
3. Bonus points for all for showing up on a holiday for most. The cold and the extra fartsacking opportinity is a strong pull.
