Down and backs at the Thunderdome


10 Pax rallied up at Bailey road Park ready to pick some heavy stuff up and put it back down. The Carolina Rapids soccer programs beat us to the turf fields so we settled for the old school turf. This is how it went down.Pax carried all of the weights to the middle of the field.Warm up-Monkey Humpers x10icWindmill x10icIST x10icSprint half the field then jogx2The thangPax partnered up. One pax did the specified exercise once every three seconds. The other pax ran to the middle of the field and grabbed a weight of their choice and carried it in the specified way to the far end of the field and then back to the middle where he dropped the weight and ran back to the starting spot. Then the pax flapjacked. Each circuit was done twice by each pax and then the first pax back started a Mary exercise until everyone was done. Pass 2 40lb sand bags around the circle while doing low flutter. Sand bag press ladder to 5. (1st person does one and passes, when it gets back to them do 2) while doing low flutter.
