WARM-O-RAMA

Mosey around church with high knees, butt kickers, karaoke left/right

All exercises in cadence (IC) unless otherwise noted

SSH x 20

Windmill x 10

Cotton Picker x 10

IST x 10

 

THE THANG

Line up about 50 yards from the bottom of the big hill

‘mericans x 20 on your own (OYO)

Run to bottom of hill

20 plank jacks OYO

Quadraphelia up the hill

5 burpees OYO

Run back to starting point

REPEATO decreasing reps by 2 (5 burpees each time) down to 10 reps

Moses led us in a couple of yoga stretches

 

Mosey over to rock pile and grab a rock

Curls x 10

Skull crushers x 10

Chest press x 10

Goblet squat x 10

Fast mosey around traffic island

REPEATO x 2

 

Mosey to patio at the front of the church and get a space on the wall

Decline ‘merican x 10

Dips x 15

Box jumps x 15 OYO

Incline ‘mericans x 10

Wall toe-touch x 15

REPEATO x 2

 

Run lap around church then circle up

Moses led us in some stretches such as:
