- Great to see a lot of new follks like sponge bob at Cauldron! It was an honor to lead such a fine group of gentlemen.
- Sponge Bob had not done KB in a while and we had to beat off the dust on the ol' kettlebell! Great job today SB!
- Paul Bunyan was in attendance but he is not on the site yet. I have requested he be added to our PAX listing.
- A little chilly this morning at 32' but we warmed up quick
